Wow. What can I say? This really is an amazing phone and I absolutely love it. I bought it to replace my ageing Samsung S7 and didn't want to be tied into a long term contract again.I can't believe the price of this phone for what it delivers, not hard to see why some people refer to it as a "flagship killer" of the leading makes. I was worried the handset size may be too big at 6.39in, but it's great. I wouldn't want to go any bigger, but this has been ok to adapt to and it still fits in your pocket.It's a very smooth phone to use and operates beautifully. I've had it a few weeks and to be honest I just can't put it down. it really is a joy to use.Some online reviews were slightly critical of the MIUI interface but I find it absolutely fine to use and get familiar with.So many features and so many ways you can personalize this phone. The cameras and picture quality are fantastic, the sound is fine and plenty loud enough considering it only has one speaker - i thought this may be an issue but it's pretty good really.Charging time is amazing - from almost empty to nearly full in just over an hour on a wired charge. I also bought the wireless charger with the 27W adaptor - wireless charging from empty to full in about an hour and 15 mins. Amazing.I really cannot recommend this phone enough. I can't believe how low the price is compared to other leading phones on the market it's beautiful to look at - i got the blue one, really catches the light and is an eye catcher. Pleasantly surprised that it came with a UK charger in the box too and the included silicone case was a nice touch too - worth upgrading the case to protect your phone, loads of good ones available on eBay.I really can't recommend this phone enough. it's amazing, I love it, the price is incredible. it's smooth, it's fast, packed with features, beautiful to look at and basically just awesome. It may not quite be the latest iPhone or Samsung, but it's pretty damn close. Buy one and you won't be disappointed - especially at this price.fantastic phone.
I bought this phone to replace my Samsung, and so far, I have been impressed. I have been using it for nearly a month now and thought it was time to make my judgement, i mainly use this phone for business so I have not tested it for gaming and my review reflects this.Firstly let me say, the phone feels great in my hands, very comfortable and has a solid premium feel. Speed the phone is super-fast, I can multitask, and nothing seems to slow it down. Display Super sharp and crisp display which makes my previous phone look mediocre. Battery I can get all-day battery life, from moderate use and charging time is very quick. Camera.The camera has been more than suffice for my uses and I am very pleased with the quality of photos. I personally don’t mind the MIUI , and having downloaded the Poco Launcher it has only enhanced the experience. The only negative I would say is the use of Google ads within Xiaomi own branded apps. Lastly I would like to mention that this is my first purchase from Gearbest and my experience has been a positive one, from the competitively priced options you have to the well informed tracked delivery.
Hello folks! I was looking for appropriate Sony Z5 (slowly aging) replacement. Because of recent uncertainty with Huawei I've made up my mind with Mi. Primary target was to have responsive phone with decent camera. Mi9 is the catch. This phone is the best you can get for such money. It has top CPU!Camera is awesome. Stock app is very good except of night mode. GCam is the saviour. It makes perfect Night shots.Battery life is good enough for 3300 mAh. I'm able to stay for full two days and more. Of course the battery could be real 4000 as 9T. MIUI 10 needs some tweaking out of the box. You have to disable all "receive recommendations" options that are quite scattered in many places. Also you can uninstall / disable some bloat if you feel them unneeded.It supports wireless quick charging, but you have to buy charging pad separately (27W one).I've tried wired earplugs and they sound amazing (there are some settings for sound refinement plus equalization).I definitely recommend this phone to everyone searching for value/money at top model's niche. And one more thing - buy 128 GB model.
