Just a month later, after the launch of Moto G5 Plus, this Moto G5, has been grandly launched by its officials. Apart from this lot more features are present in this device, so lets have a look at its specifications and how it differs from other smartphones except price.

Best Features

  1. Moto G5 one of the smartphones that have been attractively designed in metallic body, that gives a shining look.
  2. It offers a full HD screen that allows to watch anything in a pixel perfect way.

Improvements

  1. One of the main drawbacks is that the device is getting heated up after using for little time.
  2. Another important point where Moto G5 is lagging behind is that it has got very little battery capacity of about 2,800 milli amperes only.

Design

Moto G5 has been designed perfectly in its price range and attracts its users. This mobile phone on the front side, has got a secondary camera on the top that is above the display screen along with speaker. While finger print scanner along with microphone are placed below the display screen. Finger print scanner of this phone has been designed perfectly well in order to serve both as home button as well as back button just swiping it to right and left respectively. On the bottom side of the phone a port for micro USB is given while exactly on the opposite side there is a audio jack of 3.5 mm. Right side of the device is occupied by power button and volume buttons. While the chrome lining that runs across this mobile phone makes it more realistic.

Lets check on the back side of Moto G5 which has been designed in aluminium metallic body. But not completely top and bottom sections will be in plastic, only centre portion is designed in fine metallic body. On the top part it includes primary camera with centre section occupied by its brand attractive logo, that looks simply pretty well. The slots for dual sim, microSD card are placed in the battery cabin only. This placement will give little bit trouble to us, because everytime we need to change the sim or microSD card it is much essential to switch off the battery.

Opinion

Moto G5 is a smartphone that comes in low budget with best display screen and latest version of Android operating system. Apart from that it also has best design that has metallic back and allows to hold the phone firmly in hands by giving it a decent look. The finger print scanner included in this device is an additional advantage and performs excellently. Calling experience over this phone is also well and good. But the problem comes at the hardware of the system that is not allowing us to play high end games and gets heated up quickly after using continuously for 2 hours. Another main drawbacks of Moto G5 is that it has low battery life and discharges quickly after usage. So if you are looking out for latest version of Android operating system and perfect finger print scanner, this will be the best option in low budget. But if you want high level graphics and heavy usage of battery for longer time, then this may not work well.
